📄️ What's covered
The ACT Science section, the fourth part of the test, includes 40 questions to be completed in 35 minutes. It focuses on skills similar to those tested in the Reading section, such as interpretation, inference, and evaluation, but within a more quantitative context. This section measures your problem-solving, reasoning, analysis, evaluation, and interpretation abilities. There are seven passages, each containing graphs, charts, experiment summaries, or conflicting viewpoints from scientists, followed by four to seven questions. To succeed, you need to quickly and accurately read and understand scientific data.
